  When I phoned to make an appointment I was told that all the nail technicians were on holiday for the whole month so I couldn't have an appointment. The receptionist then said, "Sorry. All the hairdressers are here." well that's very helpful when you want your nails done, ha ha. As for sorry, that doesn't do much but I am sorry you've decided to miss out on business for a whole month. What sort of company allows all their staff to go on holiday at once? This is frustrating, but I will go elsewhere.

  Reasonably priced, friendly staff and lovely relaxing (dry) scalp massage! I was pleasantly surprised to see that they now offer Olaplex which I might get next time. Rating a 3 as I've had better hairdressers who know how to cut curly hair but good value for money.
